• Project information - Notion workspace access, business details, content, and materials you provide during a custom build or consultation engagement.
• Usage data - pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referral source, collected via analytics tools.
• Communications - emails, messages, and any content you send me through any channel.

2. How I Use Your Information

• To deliver and manage the services you have purchased, including custom Notion workspace builds, consultations, and template deliveries
• To respond to inquiries and support requests
• To process payments and send invoices
• To send service updates or relevant information (you may opt out at any time)

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I may share data with:

This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Team members and contractors working under Systems & Sage are bound by the same confidentiality standards.

6. Data Retention & Workspace Access

I retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or as required by law. Client project files, communications, and workspace access details are kept for a minimum of 12 months after project completion, after which they may be securely deleted.

Upon project completion and final handover, I will revoke my own access to your Notion workspace within 14 days unless you request otherwise (e.g. for ongoing support or systems partnership engagements). If you would like access revoked sooner, you can remove me directly from your workspace at any time or email me to request it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
